Briana Scott Named as 16-1's Head Coach

January 6, 2015 - Effective January 4, 2015 Briana Scott will assume the Head Coach position for our 16-1's team.  NAVC is very fortunate to have a "bullpen" of great coaches who we are able to call upon to step right in to coach a team.  Briana joined NAVC last season and was an Assistant Coach for our 18-1's.  Briana was a four year letter winner at Ohio State as a Setter as well as Team Captain for two seasons 2005-2007.  Bri was Acadmeic All Big Ten at The Ohio State University 2004-2007.  After he time at OSU, Briana was hired by The University of Georgia where she stayed for three years 2008-2011 as an Assistant Coach and Recruting Coordinator.  Bri then traveled to France and played on the ASON volleyball team.  Bri is also a Co-Founder and Coach with ProVolley which leads clinics for schools in 15 different cities working with teams during rigorous 3-day volleyball clinics designed to enhance their skills during the off-season.  NAVC utilized the Pro Volley system at our 1st Annual NAVC Holiday Team Camp held January 2nd, 3rd and 4th.   Briana will have Jody Johnson and Chris Burney as her Assistant Coaches.
