LilBig South Wrap Upl....NAVC Success!!

January 16, 2018 - The tournament season has kicked off and NAVC had a very successful weekend at LilBig South.  NAVC had 20 teams participating in the 2018 LilBig South tournament held at the GWCC in Atlanta January 13-15th, below are the results

Congratulations to our NAVC 13 Janaya going 6-2 during the weekend and earning 1st Place for the 13 Open Gold.    On Monday 13J anaya defeated Cobb Atlanta 13 Jessica, they also took care of business beating Rio 13 Claudio in a thrilling 3 set match for the Championship.

Congratulations to NAVC 16 Sara earning a 2nd place finish in the 16 Club Gold division.  The team finished the weekend at 6-3 and lost to a very good team 16-1 Waves in the championship game.  

 great weekend for our 16 Damien team going 6-2 and their only two losses were to the 850 Elite 16 Blue club out of Florida.  On Monday NAVC beat 575 16-1 Kortney to move on to the championship match where they lost in two close sets ot the 850 16-1 club.

NAVC 13 Claire 6th Place 13 Club with a 5-3 record.

7 NAVC teams finish in the top 5

Congratulations to all of our teams who competed at LilBigSouth!! The NAVC family is proud of each of our players and coaches.  The hustle, determination, grit and never quit attitude as well as the sportsmanship displayed was tremendous.  

As we move forward during the season keep in mind that our training is set up for our teams to peak in April as we go to NQ's and SRVA Championships.  Please keep the encouragement up for our players and coaches.
