The NAVC Family wants to wish Megan Frey Good Luck on a New Chapter in Her Life.

January 6, 2015 - Megan Frey, our 16-1's Head Coach is leaving NAVC for a great career opportunity that is taking her to Seattle, WA.  Megan met with her 16-1 team players and parents on Saturday to share the news with them and yes, tears did flow.  At NAVC we are so fortunate to have coaches the caliber of Megan Frey.  Megan has coached with NAVC for four years and is a coach that we all respect and players love to play for.  Megan was a graduate of UCONN where she attended on a four year scholarship playing DS 2005-2006 and then Middle 2007-2008.  Megan success did not stop on the court where she ranked #9 in school history for single season hitting percentage and served as the Team Captain her Senior year.  Megan was a 3x All Big East Academic Award winner at UCONN and received the UCONN Club Outstanding Scholar Athlete Award in 2009.  We will miss Megan but understand the opportunity she has with her career. We can only hope that ING will relocate Megan back to Atlanta very soon and that Megan will come back to NAVC.
