Annie Mac Sandlin Commits to Winthrop University

September 7, 2016 - The NAVC family congratulates Annie Mac on her commitment to play volleyball at D1 Winthrop University!

Annie, who plays at Johns Creek HS and NAVC was offered and immediately accepted a roster spot to play D 1 volleyball at Winthrop University beginning in the fall of 2017. Winthrop has been Annie’s top school of choice academically, to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management and will now include her dream to play volleyball at the next level!  Winthrop University is located in Rock Hill, SC and competes in the in Big South Conference.

Annie Mac has been a member of the NAVC family since age 14 and all of her hard work that she has put in since 6th grade has paid off.    The Sandlin's shared these thoughts  "We are so fortunate to have met so many wonderful people along the walk of volleyball, especially from within the NAVC family.  NAVC has always been the best fit for Annie Mac and with the help of this club she has accomplished her dream to play at the next level.  Thank you Craig Lafontaine, Damien, Bri and Ella Scott, Chris Burney, Leah Mihm, Jennifer Chamblee, Paul Elliot, Steve Wilcosky, Tom McArdle, Cory Barrow, Steve Bloesing, Drew Mills and all the wonderful coaches a part of the NAVC family for all you have always and unconditionally done for Annie Mac and our family."
