Facilities

Currently NAVC utilizes schools and churches for our practices and practice location, time and day may change occasioally during the season.  We will do our best to minimize any changes but there are times that situations with facilties are beyond our control.

We are unable to arrange practices around carpool and we do not arrange practices based on friends, transportation or nights that your daughter may have other extra curricular activities.  We will provide to all NAVC parents Carpool World service which is a web based carpool contact service to find other parents who may practice at the same time and/or location as your daughter or son.

Practice Cancellation Policy

We don't cancel for rain
We don't cancel for cold weather
We don't cancel because it "might" snow or because we see a few flakes swirling
We don't cancel just because schools close
We do monitor the weather closely when advisable; and
If we do cancel practice, we will send out an all-club notification as well as update the NAVC website and a phone call will be made to you (shows up on phone as Oklahoma City),  There is no need to call the office.

Lastly, if practice goes on but conditions in your immediate area are such that you do not feel comfortable driving, please notify your coach.
